Ronan Hynes, Partner in the Serious and Catastrophic Injury Team at MHP Sellors LLP has represented an individual in the High Court and secured a very substantial out of Court settlement for catastrophic spinal injuries. The settlement was brokered after extensive discussions in the High Court in Dublin and liability was split on a percentage basis between the parties.

Commenting upon the settlement, Ronan Hynes said that:

“Our client suffered a devastating and life changing tetraplegic spinal cord injury. I am very pleased with this out of Court settlement which represents a proportionate value of the overall value of the case.
