Ronan Hynes
Ronan is a Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Departments. As a strong, commercially aware litigator, he is a key part of several MHP Sellors practice areas, including Commercial Litigation; Dispute Resolution; Clinical Negligence; and Serious & Catastrophic Injury.
Ronan advises on all aspects of civil and commercial litigation with particular interest in taking on large institutions in complex, and high-value healthcare malpractice lawsuits including cases of neonatal encephalopathy, acquired brain injury, spinal injury, birth injuries, cancer misdiagnosis, surgical and orthopaedic errors.
Ronan is dual common law qualified, having trained and practiced with a leading UK national law firm. He holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from University of Nottingham and an Executive MBA from Trinity Business School.
An advocate of New Law, Ronan believes that true access to justice is a fundamental right of citizens and should not be considered a privilege. He has built up a strong reputation for his personal, energetic and results-driven approach.
