Mary Nolan
Mary is a valuable Consultant in our Private Client and Property Departments. With over 35 years’ experience in dealing with private and commercial property transactions, she plays a key role in several practice areas, including Power of Attorney & Wardship; Probate; and Wills & Estate Planning.
Mary has extensive experience in the preparation of wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and dealing with the administration of deceased persons’ estates and transfer of assets to successors.
Mary was a partner in the firm of Nicholas, Nolan Solicitors of Parnell Street, Ennis, a practice that was merged with MHP Sellors in 2022.
She has been a member of the Probate Committee of the Law Society.
