Kate McInerney
A key member of MHP Sellors’ Litigation team, Kate is an experienced defence litigator who acts for and on behalf of a number of insurance companies at all court levels in the defence of tort, public liability and employer liability claims. She possesses considerable experience in general litigation matters including recovery matters, defamation, judicial review and commercial disputes.
Kate also plays an important role in the MHP Sellors’ Employment Law, Pensions & Benefits team. Handling all aspects of employment law, she advises a broad spectrum of clients in contentious and non-contentious matters.
Kate sits on the Board of a local arts centre and has acted as secretary to the Clare Law Association.
