Clare Barry
Clare is a member of our Property Department. Having trained with MHP before gaining experience in Galway and Dublin, Clare now plays a key role in several MHP Sellors practice areas, including Probate; Residential Property; and Wills & Estate Planning.
Clare has experience in all areas of property transactions (both residential and commercial) including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasing. She has acted on behalf of several local authorities in all aspects of local authority property transactions, as well as commercial lending to charities. For private clients, Clare advises on the drafting of wills, trusts, and the extraction of Grants of Probate.
Clare prides herself in forming strong relationships with her clients, and always looks for efficient and practical ways of solving problems while putting her client’s interests first.
