MHP Sellors Solicitors was delighted to advise the shareholders of Metis Ireland, who has been acquired by NFP, an AON Company.

The acquisition of Metis by NFP is one of the largest of its kind in Ireland’s financial services market in recent years, marking a significant milestone in NFP’s strategic expansion across the Irish landscape.

Established in 2014, Metis Ireland provides tailored financial planning, investment solutions and wealth structuring to private clients, executives and business owners. MHP Sellors has worked with Metis during its 12-year growth journey across Limerick and Dublin since then.

This transaction was led by the MHP Sellors Corporate team of Stephen Keogh, Caroline Meaney and Yuliya Lennon.
