Stephen Keogh
Stephen is a Partner in our Commercial and Public, Regulatory and Administrative Law Departments. As an accomplished and highly experienced commercial solicitor, he is a key part of a wide range of MHP Sellors practice areas, including Commercial Contracts/Franchising Distribution Agreements; Company Formation; Company Secretarial; Data, Privacy & Technology; Insolvency & Corporate Recovery; Intellectual Property; Mergers & Acquisitions; Partnership Agreements; and Shareholder Disputes.
Stephen has extensive specialist experience in advising a broad range of companies and public sector bodies across different sectors in high value commercial transactions and complex commercial disputes. He regularly advises Boards of Directors and shareholders on corporate governance matters, directors duties and employment matters.
Stephen is a member of the Board of the Charities Regulatory Authority, and was appointed by the Minister for Rural and Community Development. He also sits on the Expert Advisory Panel in Law and Technology at the School of Law, University of Limerick.
Previously, Stephen served as President of the Shannon Chamber of Commerce from 2020 to 2022 and as Company Secretary from 2013 to 2018.
