Caroline Fitzgibbon
Caroline is a senior solicitor in our Litigation and Private Client Department and heads up our Family Law Unit. With over 20 years of extensive experience, Caroline plays a valuable role in several MHP Sellors practice areas, including Dispute resolution, Clinical Negligence; Family Law, Serious & Catastrophic Injury and Landlord and Tenant litigation.
Caroline is highly experienced in all aspects of family law, including divorce, judicial separation, the financial consequences of marital breakdown, recognition of foreign divorces, civil partnership, cohabitation and non-marital relationships. She also operates in the areas of dispute resolution and both residential and commercial property – the latter of which is of enormous benefit to clients, particularly when dealing with family assets.
Caroline understands the sensitive nature of her speciality areas, and always strives to achieve the best outcomes for her clients with clear, unambiguous advice throughout the process.
