A Sellors client has received a High Court award of in excess of €200,000 in respect of serious injuries sustained in a healthcare setting. Ronan Hynes, Partner at Sellors LLP acted for the individual after a 5 day long trial at Dublin High Court in which the now retired Mr Justice Kevin Cross gave judgment in favour of the Plaintiff.

Ronan Hynes commented on the settlement that: “Every healthcare worker has a right to go to work, earn a living and come home safely. Unfortunately, this was an occasion in which the Plaintiff was subject to an unnecessary and foreseeable injury, which regretfully compromised her ability to continue her vocation into the future.”
