Miriam is a Consultant in our Property and Private Client Departments. As a highly experienced specialist in both property and financial legal matters, Miriam is a key part of several MHP Sellors practice areas, including Banking & Finance; Commercial Property; and Residential Property.

Miriam acts for a number of leading financial institutions in the development and perfection of security over a broad range of real and personal assets. Advising on all aspects of commercial property, Miriam is experienced in acquisitions, disposals, financing, restructuring and property investment and development. She also advises on all aspects of landlord and tenant matters, and works with financial institutions, receivers and liquidators in relation to the enforcement of security, restructuring and the sale and management of distressed property portfolios.

Miriam is the President of the Limerick Chamber of Commerce and a former member of the Conveyancing Committee of the Law Society.

Miriam brings her expertise to a wide range of clients in both the private and public sector, including local authorities, property developers, financial institutions, receivers, liquidators, asset managers, as well as corporate and individual clients.
