Helen Rackard
Helen is a Consultant in Civil Litigation. She plays a key role in many MHP Sellors practice areas, including Commercial Litigation; Dispute Resolution and Defence Litigation.
Helen has enjoyed a successful career working in civil litigation at High Court and Circuit Court levels, in the areas of personal injury, chancery, medical negligence, defamation, employment law, public law and insurance law. She acts for several leading insurance companies in policy disputes, property damage recovery claims and fraud claims.
While acting for clients in large-scale litigation cases, Helen has negotiated a number of significant settlements with the State and other institutions. A previous Managing Partner of the firm, she also has experience acting for clients in mediation and arbitrations, and has represented clients before many tribunals.
