Our People

Emma is a key member of our Litigation Department and specialises in insurance Defence Litigation.

She acts on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured entities in the defence of motor, public liability, employer liability, product liability and defamation claims. She has significant experience at all court levels and has successfully defended many claims including fraudulent claims. She also has experience in handling fatal injury and catastrophic injury claims.

Emma also advises on insurance policy disputes and property recovery actions. She has represented clients at arbitration hearings and at mediations.
Emma is a member and former treasurer of the Clare Law Association.
