MHP Sellors LLP seeks Property Solicitor (Ennis office)

The successful candidate will be primarily based in our Ennis office.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, to include landlord and tenant
- Strong experience in Wills and probate matters
- Demonstrated experience handling a demanding caseload
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legal principles, procedures, and statutes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide sound legal advice
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Excellent drafting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being proactive and self-motivated
- Knowledge of a case management system and an adaptable approach to the use of technology in the profession
Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Advising clients on wills, probate, estate planning, and administration of estates
- Handling Land Registry applications and liaising with financial institutions
- Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to clients
- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the legal process
- Providing advice to institutional clients
