The successful candidate will be primarily based in our Ennis office.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
• Strong experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, to include landlord and tenant
• Strong experience in Wills and probate matters
• Demonstrated experience handling a demanding caseload
• Thorough knowledge of relevant legal principles, procedures, and statutes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide sound legal advice
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• Excellent drafting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being proactive and self-motivated
• Knowledge of a case management system and an adaptable approach to the use of technology in the profession
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on wills, probate, estate planning, and administration of estates
• Handling Land Registry applications and liaising with financial institutions
• Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to clients
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the legal process
• Providing advice to institutional clients
