This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and nationally respected Firm with a strong reputation and a loyal client base. The successful candidate will be based in our Limerick office but might be required to work from our Ennis office from time to time. Flexible working arrangements available.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied workload with particular emphasis on commercial property.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to clients.
• Draft and negotiate commercial documents.
• Provide advice to Institutional clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the legal process.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in property.
• Strong experience required in commercial property.
• Demonstrated experience handling a demanding caseload.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant legal principles, procedures, and statutes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide sound legal advice.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being proactive and self-motivated.
