Last Friday, in the High Court, our client Mr. John Gardiner was awarded €675,116 for serious multiple injuries sustained in a workplace accident.  Speaking on Tv3 News (on Friday and Saturday evening), our Litigation Partner, Ronan Hynes said “He (John) sustained life-changing injuries in his accident in August 2012 and will, ultimately, be disabled into the future and will require ongoing medical treatment.”  To view the full segment (at 11 minutes), click here.
